Burial
(Burial with
no formal ceremony)
Caring and preparation

mortuary facility for arrangements and identification. The services of the memorial counselor.
Transporting remains to local cemetery. Interment is coordinated between mortuary and cemetery.
Cremation
with Memorial Service
(Chapel - with
or without remains present, or with cremains present)
* Since
cremation is discouraged by Jewish law, Groman Eden Mortuary does not perform
the cremation. However, because we are required to offer this service, we are able to arrange
for cremation*

Although a mortuary owes a duty to select an
independent crematorium with care before contracting with it for the
cremation of human remains, it has no duty to supervise or direct the conduct of the independent crematorium.
